Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery or collection.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
- Your return request must be approved before sending the item back
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Custom or personalised products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been installed, assembled, or modified
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if relevant)
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Items must be returned securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Restocking Fee
If a returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
