Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide using a network of reliable freight partners. Depending on the size of your order and your location, delivery may be completed via pallet freight or standard courier services.

Dispatch & Lead Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation when stock is available.
  • Delivery to metro areas generally takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery to regional areas may take 5–12 business days depending on location.

If an item is pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the expected lead time will be indicated on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Freight Methods

Pallet Freight

Large or heavy items such as garage cabinets, workstations, and bulk orders are shipped via pallet freight.

Please note:

  • Pallet deliveries usually require a forklift or suitable unloading equipment.
  • If you do not have a forklift, a tail-lift truck may be requested, which may incur an additional freight charge.

Courier Delivery

Smaller products such as accessories, smaller components, or packaged items may be delivered via standard courier or postal services.

Depot Collection

Depot collection may be available in major metro areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

This option can help reduce delivery costs and is often suitable for customers who have their own transport or equipment for unloading.

Delivery Requirements

  • Deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address.
  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
  • If unloading equipment is required (e.g. forklift or tail-lift), please notify us when ordering.

Additional charges may apply if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • No one available to receive the delivery
  • Lack of appropriate unloading equipment

Remote or Unquoted Areas

If freight cannot be calculated at checkout for your location, please contact us and we will obtain a manual freight quote through our carrier network.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS where available.

If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

Receiving Your Delivery

We recommend having someone available to receive and inspect your order upon delivery.

If a delivery is completed and marked as delivered by the freight carrier while unattended, we cannot be responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact us prior to dispatch. Additional freight charges may apply.

Freight Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you notice any visible damage:

  1. Note the damage with the driver if possible
  2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and product
  3. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

Please do not assemble or install damaged items until we have reviewed the issue.

Packaging

Large items are typically packed on pallets and securely wrapped for transport.

Smaller items are shipped in protective cartons through courier networks.
